Covered Parking, Boat Ramp and Dock, Two large bedrooms, one
en-suite bathroom and one family bathroom plus full bath at
ground level which is ideal for when you are relaxing on the
dock. Sorry Smoking outside only.
Activities (on site or nearby): You
must visit Buccaneer Bay Water Park and the Weeki Wachee
Springs Mermaid Show for a taste of authentic 1950's
Americana, whilst Homosassa State Wildlife Park is an
essential treat (to end the day ,ask
for directions to the Margarita Grille - superb dining on
the water, just don't order the large margaritas! - you
have been warned...).
There is excellent freshwater fishing for
Big Mouthed Bass, Catfish and Mullet from your own dock and
probably the best saltwater fishing in Florida for Sea
Trout, Redfish, Snook, Spanish Mackerel, Mangrove Jacks and
Jack Crevalle from nearby beaches and piers (or treat
yourself and hire a guide!).
The nearest beach is at Pine Island which
is only two miles away, with full amenities, is safe for the
youngest of children and offers sensational sunsets.
The Orlando Theme Parks and Busch Gardens
or the attractions (shopping, beaches etc.) of Clearwater
and St. Pete's are only an hours
drive away.
